Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

  • Expedited Shipping (Canada Wide): 1-5 business days; tracking included. 
  • Standard US Shipping: 4-11 business days; tracking included 
  • International Shipping: delivery times vary by destination; tracking included where available.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

U.S. Orders and Import Duties
Orders shipped to the United States include all applicable duties and import fees in the checkout total. You will not be charged any additional import or customs fees upon delivery.

Shipping rates for U.S. orders are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Note: U.S. tariffs are subject to change based on government regulations. Any changes will be reflected at checkout.

International Shipping:
We now offer international shipping to European and Middle East (Gulf) countries. 

Note: International shipping costs and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout. Customs fees and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. 

Shipping Restrictions:
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Some locations may experience shipping restrictions based on local policies or service availability.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your package is delayed or lost during transit, please contact us at sente.athletics@gmail.com with your order number OR use our website contact us feature. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Note: Shipment carriers may take several weeks to investigate missing package reports and come to a resolution; we will provide you with an estimated time-line based on the carriers' responses. 

Order Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
