Time Frame for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return of your Sente Athletics item.
Condition for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused in its original condition, with all packaging. Items must be returned in the state they were received to be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
The shipper is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Approval Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
